FAQ

Questions landowners ask us.

What does the free land evaluation cost, and what does it consider?

Nothing. There’s no fee, no listing agreement, and no obligation to sell. Our evaluation weighs the property’s features, current market conditions, what can potentially be done with the property, any property restrictions, and other factors relevant to its value and potential, then gives you our read on value and a cash offer.

How fast can you close?

We can close as soon as possible, but timing depends heavily on the county and state, because most of the timeline is spent clearing property details with the city, county, title company, and other parties. We’ll tell you honestly what we’re seeing on your specific parcel.

Do I pay commissions or closing costs? What if I already have a realtor?

Commissions and closing costs can vary depending on the transaction. If you already have a realtor, we’re happy to work with them and pay the buyer-side commission where applicable.

What if I’m behind on taxes or the land has a lien?

Liens and taxes are handled depending on the specific situation, the amount owed, and the details of the transaction. We buy parcels other buyers walk away from — ask us about yours.

Will you text me? How do I stop the messages?

Only if you check the consent box on the form. We text about your property inquiry, your offer, and your closing — nothing else. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, or HELP to get our contact information. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

Do you sell my information?

No. We don’t sell or share your mobile number or your consent record with anyone, and we don’t share your information with third parties for their marketing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Which states do you buy in?

We buy land across the United States, with the majority of our transactions taking place in Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Florida, and Oklahoma. If your land is somewhere else, ask — we’ll tell you straight whether it’s a fit.
