Messaging terms
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated and personalized text messages (SMS and MMS) from American Acre, including messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, at the mobile number you provided when signing up or any other number you designate.
Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. We reserve the right to change how often we send messages, and to change the phone number or short code messages come from — we will tell you when we do. Not every device or handset is supported and messages may not be deliverable everywhere. Neither we, our service providers, nor the mobile carriers supporting the program are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We can deliver messages to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and other major national and regional carriers.
What we text about
Messages relate to the property you contacted us about: acknowledging your inquiry, asking follow-up questions about the parcel, sending or discussing a cash offer, requesting documents, scheduling calls or closings, and status updates on a transaction in progress. We do not send unrelated third-party advertising.
Cancellation
Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to cancel. After you do, you will get one final message confirming your request was processed. You acknowledge that our messaging platform may not recognize opt-out requests that leave out those keywords, and you agree that we and our service providers have no liability for failing to honor a request sent some other way.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
Other terms
These messaging terms are part of, and subject to, these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy (together, the “Terms Documents”). By participating in our text message program you agree to the Terms Documents. If the messaging terms conflict with the rest of these Terms & Conditions, the messaging terms control for anything related to the Messaging Service. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the most recent revision.
