When you exchange messages with us, we also keep your messaging history and anything included in those messages.
We may collect limited technical information using cookies or similar technologies so the site and the Messaging Service work properly and so we can recognize you when you return. If you contact us with a question, enter a promotion, or respond to a survey, we keep the contact details and any information you choose to provide.
How we use your information
We use your information to evaluate your property, prepare and discuss a cash offer, move a transaction toward closing, answer your questions, and deliver, maintain, analyze, and improve the Messaging Service. Selling of text program data
If you sign up to receive text messages from us, we will not sell the personal information collected in connection with that service — including your mobile telephone number or your consent record — to any third party. We will not share that information with any third party for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
How we protect your information

Your choices and controls
Consenting to automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or sale. You can stop receiving commercial texts at any time by replying to any message from us with STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. To ask us to delete your information or to opt out of email, write to us at the address below.
Children
This site and the Messaging Service are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
